Information about planning applications & notices

Residential Planning Applications are administered by the Planning Department at West Northamptonshire Council (WNC). All residents have the right to send their comments on any application affecting the Parish directly to WNC. The Parish Council also often makes submissions to WNC on behalf of all residents, and the details of the meeting that an application will be considered is posted on the homepage.

If you wish your view to be taken into account by the Parish Council, please attend the relevant Parish Council meeting, speak to your Parish Councillor/Community Contact, or contact the Parish Clerk. If you decide to send comments to West Northamptonshire Council direct, please send the Parish Clerk a copy (clerk@holcot-pc.gov.uk)

When the Parish Council is aware of an application which might affect the Parish, the reference number(s) are posted here. The plan details can be obtained from the WNC website.
